Adding A Person to Distribution Groups using the New Outlook
- Open Outlook, select the “View” tab, then Select “View Settings”.

- Select “General”, select “Distribution groups”, and select “this portal”. The hyperlink will then open in your default browser.

- You will see which groups you are apart of under “Groups I belong to”. You will see which groups you are the owner of under “Groups I own”.

- Double click the group you would like to add a person to. Select the members tab and select “View or manage members”.
- Select “Add members”.

- Enter the users name, select their name, then select add.

- The user is now added to the Distribution Group
