  1. Go to rfsmart.sharepoint.com


  1. Select the 9 dots in the left hand corner, then select Outlook


  1. Inside of Outlook, select your initials in the right hand corner and then select your large initials

  1. Select “upload a new photo” and select the photo you would like to add and hit “Apply
