Microsoft Authenticator Setup
  1. Start at https://myapps.microsoft.com and locate and click on KnowBe4 to start the process. Once you log in with your network credentials, you will see this dialog box, then click Next

  2. Download the Microsoft Authenticator app on your phone, then click Next

  3. Allow the app to send notification, then click Next
  4. When you get to this screen, hit the ‘+’ in the upper right corner of the Authenticator App, choose ‘Work or school account’ and then touch the "Scan a QR code" option to scan the code. You will get a message that says, “Account added successfully" then click Next.

  5. Confirm the number by keying it into the Authenticator app and then approve the password option on your phone then click Next.

  6. Once completed you will see this screen and have finished setting up Microsoft Authenticator.
